Update.
May was pretty uneventful overall. Dull days and a few sunny days but lots of
damp days as well. A few birds got
caught but we let them fly off again to tell their relatives not to be so silly
as to get caught! Mice were few and far
between but there was the odd shrew.
June produced a novelty!
A very small and skinny addition to the family named Willie.
He was born on 16.4.2015, On arrival he was very much a weakling but within twenty four hours had almost doubled in weight
and found his muscles. Tipsy put him in
him place very firmly, at the bottom of the pile! However, he accepted his role but did not let
it hinder his appetite or playfulness.
He continued to grow, especially his tummy,
and he found his feet and
became more brazen with each day. He
adopted Tipsy as a “role model” but she kept him firmly in his place with
numerous ‘cuffs’ around his ears!
At
nearly three months old he has almost completely been accepted in the family
although Fif’ treats him as some sort of interloper!
