It’s halfway through June and there has been no sign of any “Flaming June”

this year! We have had just two dry days so far this month. Fif’ and Lettie have spent most of their days sleeping on the bed or sofa. They have popped out occasionally

for calls

of nature or a spot of hunting. Fif’ had a small Bullfinch from amongst the very many which have hatched this year. There is an abundance of fledglings presently but the parents have been teaching their offspring of the dangers of cats!
